As part of our ongoing efforts to better serve our customers, SWEP North America, Inc. is pleased to announce that we are rolling out a new expedited lead time program for our brazed plate heat exchangers (BPHEs).
This new lead time initiative applies to orders that are manufactured at our Tulsa facility only with a standard 3-week lead time. This can give customers a chance to receive their product as early as one week or less from the date that the order is placed with a local SWEP customer support contact. SWEP hopes that this program will give our customers some flexibility with critical situations and will, in turn, help them to secure more orders. There will be an initial trial period for this program while we iron out the wrinkles, and we will keep you informed of any changes we need to make going forward to ensure that this new program is running smoothly for both SWEP and their customers.
